Dr. Ronisha Sathiram is a distinguished Specialist Urologist with over two decades of experience in both public and private sectors. Having completed her internship and community service in 2004 and 2005, she specialized in General Surgery and Urology at the King Edward Complex. Dr. Sathiram has held numerous leadership roles, including Acting Head of Urology at King Edward and St Aidans Hospitals, and currently serves as the Head of the Clinical Unit for Urology at Grey’s Hospital. An active academic, she has been a lecturer at the University of KwaZulu-Natal since 2015, an examiner for the College of Medicine since 2017, and served as Acting Academic Head of Urology. As of 2025, she is the Acting Head of Surgery for the PMB metropolitan area.
