Overview
Laser lithotripsy is a procedure used to treat kidney stones and stones in the ureter. It involves using a laser to break the stones into tiny pieces that can be passed naturally or removed.
How it Works
A ureteroscope (a thin, flexible tube with a camera) is passed through the urethra and bladder into the ureter or kidney. Once the stone is located, a laser fiber is used to fragment it.

Recovery
